B2B E-SHOP TERMS

General Terms

The e-shop is only for wholesale (B2B). To complete an order, it is necessary to enter your valid VAT number, in the relevant field of the order form.

The listed values are per item without VAT.

Bottle orders are packed in 12-piece boxes and the minimum order quantity is 1 box of 12 pieces per code.

Orders will be sent within 1-3 business days after the receipt of the payment and subject to availability.

 

Delivery time:

The usual delivery time is usually 1-4 days from shipment and depends on where the delivery site is located.

 

National Delivery Terms:

Bottle orders are shipped with a shipping company.

On orders of bottles of more than 12 pieces, boxes are bound together in packages of 2 or 3 cartons depending on the type of bottle they contain.

Orders of individual caps and corks are packed in boxes and are sent by courier with an extra charge of 4.50 € for packages up to 2kg. This charge is subject to 24% VAT and will be paid to the courier upon receipt.

For orders of bottles of more than 36 pieces and for areas within the wider center of Thessaloniki and Athens, transportation is free of charge. For any other areas, orders will be loaded from our warehouse at the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki Greece and the transportation will be arranged and paid by the customer.

Orders of bottles of less than 36pcs will be loaded from our warehouse at the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki Greece and the transportation will be arranged and paid by the customer.

 

International Delivery Terms:

Shipping to places outside Greece will be arranged and paid by the customer.

Payment method “Payment” refers only to shipments of bottles within the wider center of Thessaloniki and Athens and to shipments of individual caps and corks in Greece.
